I just took a bunch of quick snapshots if the Helix distortion Blocks left on factory default settings. We will Do deep dives on each one of these in future posts. All of these frequency sweeps were done at -10dBu .

Yep…. Just a horizontal line at -10dBu
Below is the Kinky Boost:
Its just a 10-10.5 dBu Boost that starts gradually rolling off treble at around 1kHz. Its pretty clean and un distorted as shown by the smoothness of the line. More on that later.

Notice how the line is choppy. This generally means we have compression and/or distortion on those frequency bands. We will discuss this at length when we go in depth on each block.
